Radial Design Color Wheel
After learning about the aesthetics of art, formalism, and radial design/balance, students were to create their own radial design color wheel.
Create a creative color wheel using all 12 colors on the color wheel, with the tints and shades that go along with each color. There should be 36 colors total shown.
Directions:
1. Create a design template that can be traced onto each color and cut out to form a wheel.
2. Mix red, blue or yellow to create each color. From there, add black for a shade, or a color to white to create a tint.
3. After all 12 colors are created, with 12 tints of each color, and 12 shades of each color, cut them out with your design template.
